Hr Policies and Procedures Manual
The backbone of any organization is how it treats its people and as such this document enables employee’s to clearly recognize the Company culture. IPF HR Consulting helps create & compile HR Policies and Procedures to encompass the company ethos whilst ensuring that we conform to local Labor Law requirements and are in line with market trends. Individual documents are produced ensuring a unique service is provided to meet client requirements.

Employee Handbooks
The follow on from the compilation of the HR Policies and Procedure Manual, or as an isolated project to produce an employee handbook from an existing Policy and Procedures Manual. IPF HR Consulting will produce a handbook including sufficient data to ensure the employees have the relevant information needed, but not too much to be overwhelmed. From an external consultant’s perspective but close enough to understand the client’s culture, we are able to bring the objectivity to the process to ensure a consistent and standard approach across the whole organization.
